The View

Branding and brochure design for a luxury development for East Thames. The View consists of just four contemporary duplex penthouse apartments located in Bow, E3.

The development is just moments from Queen Elizabeth Park. The apartments are very well equipped with a high specification so the luxury property brochure reflects this in its design, the materials and print finishes. The design is focused on the brand mark of the ‘V’ of The View, and the inspiring view of the former Olympic Park where the GB team were ‘Victorious’ in 2012 coming third in the overall medals table.

The brochure is finished in a blue glittery GF Smith card, with silver foil and the four embossed V’s representing the four apartments available for sale.
