Craft Without Borders Brand Identity

Brand Identity for Craft Without Boarders, a charity, which make a variety of knitted items for the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading to raise money for the war in Ukraine. These include gifts such as crochet blankets for chemo patients and knitted hats and cardigans for special care babies. A variety of ideas were presented to the client, but they favoured using a bold sans-serif ‘C’ for craft, split in half for blue and yellow, the colours of the Ukraine flag. Using the negative space of the letter c, sits the teddy bear, which is the most sold knitted item to raise funds for those affected by the war. The logotype works in a landscape, stacked and icon versions, in full colour and monotone, across a variety of print and digital platforms, including leaflets, brochures, and stationery.
